Customer Service Policy 

Delivery Policy

1. Payment is required before your order can be delivered to you

2. Crunchtime Aerial Equipment accepts the following credit cards for payments: Visa and Mastercard

3. Crunchtime Aerial Equipment offers Standard Mail via Australia Post as its standard delivery option (refer to restrictions section). For international deliveries, Crunchtime Aerial Equipment also offers this service via Australia Post.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier, depending on stock availability, destination country and shipping carrier. 

  • For Australian orders, manufacturing usually takes up to 8 weeks, depending on the product, with delivery time 2-5 working days from shipping.

  • For international orders (air mail), delivery time may take up to 3-4 weeks from shipping date. 

  • For international express courier orders, delivery time may take up to 1-2 weeks from shipping date.

If for any reason we cannot fill your order within the specified times above, within 2 business days of placing your order a representative will advise you when the order will be processed and delivered. 


Refund/ Exchange Policy

For Aerial Rigs, Lyra, cubes, and all other ‘made to order’ steel products:


  • A refund will be given of the same amount as the item can be sold for, and at the time it can be sold. As made to order and custom pieces have your measurements, designs, colour choices etc. Then some items may be difficult to sell, or sell for a cheaper price. This amount, less shipping costs, will refunded.

  • Some items sell very quickly, some may take some time, and we may offer you a refund amount based on what value we deem suitable, to be sold at a later date.

For all standard stock ‘off the shelf’ items. Rigging hardware, etc:


  • A full refund less the shipping amount, if the item has not been used or show any signs of being used. This is quite important in regards to aerial safety, no exceptions, if the item has been used it cannot be re sold, therefore not refunded.

  • We may off you a reasonable amount as a second-hand piece, but no guarantees as it will depend on the condition.


For special order items:


  • We will only give a full refund, less shipping, provided we can get a refund from our supplier.

  • We may offer a reasonable amount based on the popularity of the item, and condition


Customer Data/Privacy Policy

1. We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or contact us via our web-based email form.

2. When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address and phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and shipping carrier for delivery of your order.

3. We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission. 

4. When you submit feedback or questions via email, we will request your name and email address. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries. 


Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details

For credit card transactions, your information is secured by using 2048 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input. 



Crunchtime Aerial Equipment takes no responsibility for the use or misuse of purchased equipment. We recommend that the purchaser receive professional training and advice in both the use and the rigging of the equipment they purchase from us.

We cannot take any responsibility for equipment that has not been checked, tested, certified or inspected at regular intervals by qualified people to do so. A basic level of knowledge is expected by the client in regards to maintenance and visually inspecting items.

All installations that are fixed to the ground, ie Rig Poles, it is up to the client to obtain relevant Council approvals and documentation. We can provide recommendations but the actual specifications must be provided by Council.
